Led by Marianna, this one-hour Wellness Workshop is designed to address one of the most common needs among our members. Through the Workout Refreshers in January, Marianna noticed a recurring theme: proper alignment from head to toe is essential for joint health and mobility. Did you know that foot and knee positioning plays a crucial role in stability? As oestrogen levels decline with age, ligaments can become more lax, increasing the risk of discomfort and instability. Poor alignment can contribute to joint strain, but with the right techniques, you can move with greater ease and confidence. Join us on Friday, March 7th, for this insightful and supportive evening.
