Explore the art of Pilates led by Diana Molina, a Yoga and Pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience. She has discovered Pilates through a journey of self-healing and experienced on her own skin how incredible these movements can be to the body.

This form of exercise engages and strengthens the core muscles, helping us improve posture and stability whilst elongating our muscles. Pilates emphasizes controlled movements, promoting muscular endurance and flexibility to create strong and lean muscles; all vital for overall functional fitness.

 Pilates At Curves 

Your course, your choice!

​The courses will have flexibility for you to attend your preferred evening classes. All courses will have an expiry date of 4 weeks extra to the sessions bought, so if you have plans or just can't make it, you won't miss out!

​

On your first Pilates class, you will be sent  a digital loyalty card to help you keep track of your program. You will also be introduced to our online booking system where you can  view all our available classes ahead of time.

Monthly Instalments

You will be able to pay in monthly instalments from the day of purchase. The Curves team, we split your total into 4-weeks instalments which will be processed the same day every month. 

You will be able to pay your course in full from the day of purchase. This will be done remotely from the Curves team, you will receive an email confirming the payment date and the amount.
