A form of exercise that goes beyond the functional needs and becomes absolutely necessary! Posturecise wakes us from bad habits and looks at all the muscles needed for a correct posture. Simple yet challenging exercises which work to strengthen the shoulders, back and lumbar region. This is a routine to implement in your everyday life to improve your posture day by day.

Marianna has recently completed her Posturecise Instructor course and cannot wait to share her knowledge with the Curves community. Starting Friday the 14th of June, she will be leading weekly, one-hour lessons to transfer her skills to you and help you in the journey to postural health.
